The plants were 1-gallon plants at best, maybe 10 plants. His idea of two sections with some rock was just dumped rock with a few plants in it. You would be lucky to find the plants in all the dumped rock. I now have to find another landscaper to fix the BIG MESS. I will be very careful to interview landscapers to fix this.
