Pat Neves, proprietor of 1st Choice Comfort Solutions, has been the only HVAC vendor "worth his salt" in both being able to understand the technology of the old HVAC units but also keep them running and making the necessary repairs. It has been my experience that other HVAC vendors would apply "band-aid approaches", probably because they did not have the expert technical knowledge that Pat Neves has.
