Pat Neves, proprietor of 1st Choice Comfort Solutions, has been the only HVAC vendor "worth his salt" in both being able to understand the technology of the old HVAC units but also keep them running and making the necessary repairs. Even better, they got the job done closer to our budget than quotes we received from other companies and we weren't required to hire a separate electrician to wire the HVAC system since these guys are also licensed electricians and included all the electrical as part of the job. They had the entire job completed in less than a week, and it was a big job as the home had never had a central system and all duct work in the attic and in the crawl space had to be installed.
