He checked my nose to ensure that I had the correct anatomy for the piercing. Then he sterilized everything for the piercing. He explained the sterilization process. He showed me all of the papers that confirm the items were sterilized properly / etc. He took his time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process and he was very meticulous on ensuring he got the piecing in just the right spot. I will ALWAYS suggest people go to him for a piercing - if they're looking for one. If my children ever want their ears pierced, I'm not sure there is anyone I could trust outside of Alex!

I have to get someone else to touch up my tat from her. Apparently she is the only one who works, works hard and has work ethics and she certainly doesn't want you texting her! She works so hard she can't respond by emoji even. I was accused of being entitled when I wanted to finish the tribute to my late husband. She is very defensive, uppity, and I quote "Don't you ever fucking step foot in this shop again." All because she doesn't read people well and again, she is the only one who works. Period. AND, the tattoo really needs a touch up with their ink. Great start with a very very bad ending. Tropical Tattoos are legendary. Do yourself a favor. Go there but not to her.

I showed up to have my daughter's ears pierced and the piercer had just left. They asked if I had the form. I did. They took my name and number and said he would text me when he got back. I didn't get a text, so I went back and I was told they don't pierce under 16. That would have been nice to know when I called and asked if they pierced minors or when I stopped by the first time with my 12 year old. Just a fellow Hoosier trying to support another Hoosier. The place had great reviews, but all employees need to be aware of their piercing policy. Luckily, they recommended a great place down the way.
