As I sat down in the chair Shivani interduce herself and then proceeded to start my pedicure. She was very polite and answered every question I was asking, always with a smile. My services that I received there today were in my opinion the best I have every experienced. I certainly will be going back and would totally recommend APBB services. I also chatted with one of the male stylist there and explained that my hair cut was completely done wrong. He asked if I would take off my hat to let him see. He was on point to the mistakes that another stylist (Another Business) had done. Again friendly and approachable. I was even given a coffee to enjoy while I was getting my pedicure!!! I wish I can give this Polly Hair Saloon & Esthetics less than 1 star because of their inexperience & customer service skills. This Hair saloon is run by bunch of moron indian girls. They don't have any experience in hair styling, threading, facials or anything else. Most of the customers over there are Indians that doesn't understand definition of styling. These girls are happy to offer you deals but please be-aware before wasting money in this cheap hair saloon. Trust me, you can cut your hair better in your own house than going to this saloon. My husband & I went to the saloon with appointments and were throughly disappointed. There was hardly any people in the Saloon and these girls were doing hair cut on some elderly indian lady. I went in for threading & hair cut and this lady made me a peacock. I had fairly good growth of hair but it was worst mistake ever to trust these naive girls from India in the hair cuts or styling experiences. They don't have any skills in threading.. I totally lost one of my eye brows. I felt like slapping her after getting this treatment. Another young lady was very angry over these girls on her facial treatment. I'm believe Polly Hair Saloon don't have any experience and is basically experimenting on the customers. Customer service was equally bad & the girls are very rude. Polly Hair Saloon & Esthetics is run by young indian girls who doesn't have any business ethics or care for the customer. After removing my half eyebrow, she didn't even apologize once on her inexperience. She was also very rude to the other young girl that came in for her facial.
