My brother and I were traveling from Pennsylvania and stopped in Black Sheep to see what they had. We also wanted to take a break. I've been slowly looking for a 2022 or newer Road Glide; I currently have a 2015 Ultra. They had a few Road Glides, and my brother asked what year a specific one was. This dealership does not have tags/stickers on its bikes. The salesman Brad, who we learned was new, said it was a 2022. My brother yelled over to me that it was a year I was looking for, so I asked how many miles it had. He said a little over 12k. As I walked over, I asked, "Are you sure it is a 2022?" He said, "Yeah," and I said I would confirm it with Jared. Jared told Brad it was a 2022; therefore, I asked how much it was. Brad said $19,989. I looked at my brother and said, "That sounds good. Can I take it for a test drive?" I took it for a nice test drive, and all went well. I said I was interested in seeing the numbers. He returned with the lowest trade-in value on my bike and the exact numbers the Road Glide was listed for. I told them you are wasting my time. I want to get to the bourbon trail. The next numbers should be your best and final, as I will leave if not. He returned, upped the trade-in value by $3200, and reduced the bike by $1200. I was happy with it and said we have a deal if they can switch some stuff out from my bike, since I'm traveling. They agreed. They pulled both bikes in the back to start swapping the agreed-upon things out. I went in and signed the paperwork. I had to charge the difference as they would not take a personal check. This was the first time I could not write a check. Another associate got on a call with my insurance company to transfer it over, and he said the Road Glide was a 2019. I said stop. I was told multiple times it was 2022, and I negotiated based on that. Yes, I should have verified and noticed it on the paperwork, but I took them at their word. They should know their inventory, and when it was confirmed, I believed it. Anyway, I canceled the deal and obtained a full refund. The salesman, Brad, apologized and even texted the next day to see how I was doing. Apparently, it was going to be his first sale. All in all, I wasted almost three hours and walked away without a bike. read more

I went to black sheep Harley today to trade my 2012 wide glide for a new street glide. When I called on the phone I talked to the sales man Jared Morgan he said the were make really good deals on bikes making them way under sticker when I arrived they were very nice even gave us bottles of water when we started the deal he look at my bike which I keep in my basement and bought new it is in excellent shape and has 7000 miles on it. The deal they made me was ridicules so I told them no and started to leave as they chased me out the door they said it was so much because my old bike need so much work as we walked out to look at my bike he was telling me how my tires need replace they have about 300 miles on them. Then he pointed out my oil leak!!! As I said I keep my bike inside and owned it since it was new it has never leaked a drop of oil. I hit the ground in a panic to see what was wrong with my baby and after a few minutes discover some one had poured some oil on the clutch cable so it would run down to the engine and drip. I immediately put on my helmet and left my bike still has not leaked another drop of oil. I will never do business with these people and I highly recommend no one else does.... You know I'm not the only one. They are crooks that don't do things the right way and just,want to cheat people!! Negative 1000 stars. If they felt the need to elaborate non-existent problems on my bike they'd have no issues with doing it to someone. read more

I traded in my 2005 Honda Shadow Spirit VT1100C for a 2012 Softail Deluxe. I had it almost a week (rode it one time) and let me tell ya, idk why you folks are so gun ho for HD. The bike started to miss, check engine light started to flash and several trouble codes appeared. In the 8 years of owning a Honda, I never had any major issues besides doing general maintenance. They've had my bike for almost 3 weeks, if not over now and stated that they were replacing the whole electrical system. Huh, HD builds some good looking bikes but being dependable, that they're not. read more

Awesome experience at Black Sheep last week. I had been searching for a new Harley for the last couple of months and I gave them a call and Jarrod answered all my questions and was very professional. When I got there they had the bike outside with a tag on it and ready for me to take a ride. After about a 10 mile demo ride I knew it was the right one. Then when it came time for the numbers they were very fair and thorough in my financing options. As I waited on my paperwork and such I was treated to lunch in there diner where they have a BBQ restaurant! Needless to say the whole experience was top notch and I will be doing all my business with them moving forward. read more

I set up a 5000 mile service and rear tire change in the service center. I waited 2 weeks for the appointment. They have now had my bike for two weeks and have done nothing. I received BS excuses about not having ordered a tire and they had not touched it. Complete cluster f**k. They don't care. Never taking my bike here again. I don't recommend it read more
