Hiott Trux Waste Management Review…read more If I tried and tried until my last dying breath I'd never be able to find the words to thank TJ with Hiott Trux Waste Management and his brother, AKA "muscles" If you are looking for a hard working, genuine, and honest waste management company, then you will want to take a moment to read my story. My husband and I had been renting a home for many years. Throughout the years came many life changes, some good, some not so good. So when we found ourselves in one of the "not so good" moments of our lives, it was topped by learning our landlord was going to be selling the home. Due to health challenges with both my husband and I we knew this was the time to downsize. So the search began to find a way to get our home of many years cleared out. Our home that was not only filled with multiple large pieces of furniture, but also a pool table and air hockey table, etc. Our home that saw many family members move in and many family members move out. Our home that witnessed the joy of us welcoming new family members, and also our home that comforted us while we said our last good byes to others. We knew it would be a long and emotional road, but what we didn't anticipate was, it may be an impossible one. We had received 3 plus different estimates and began to panic. Due to health challenges affecting our financial situation, the estimates were not within our budget, not even close. We tried everything, we dipped into every penny saved, we sold many items we no longer needed on different platforms. Unfortunately, things were not moving quickly enough and we were running out of time. The panic, anxiety and fear of not being able to keep my word to my landlord would lead to many sleepless nights. I'm a firm believer in a persons word! It's all we all have at the end of the day. Then I stumbled across Hiott Waste Management, the owner, TJ's Facebook page. I noticed we had a mutual friend, and she gave him a glowing recommendation. So I reached out, I figured what do I have to lose? May be he would have a different viewpoint of the situation? Well, I am so extremely happy I did! Not only was his pricing EXTREMELY FAIR, he was very empathetic for our situation. Hiott Trux waste managements owner TJ has GREAT communication, he was always keeping us updated on dumpster deliveries and pick ups. He is extremely accurate with his estimates, to the penny! NO HIDDEN COSTS! He is dependable, reliable and extremely hard working! On top of this, he's always smiling and happy, with a sense of calmness about him that was contagious. I just knew the moment I met him, things were going to be OK! The bottom line is, if it were not for TJ with Hiott Trux Waste Management I would not have been able to keep my word to my landlord and leave our home of many years empty and spotless! I am, and will forever be eternally thankful to TJ and Hiott Trux Waste Management! P.S. they do weekly trash pick up in many NH locations. They have very competitive pricing with the personal touch!
