His work is consistently high-quality, and his pricing is always fair and reasonable. As someone who likes to tackle projects myself, I really appreciate Elmer's flexibility. Whether I need help from the very beginning or just assistance with a specific phase, he's always willing to jump in and provide exactly the support I need. He's reliable, accommodating, and easy to work with, especially when it comes to scheduling. Most recently, Elmer completed our spring cleanup, and the results were fantastic. In fact, our neighbor was so impressed that they've decided to hire him as well. It's safe to say Elmer has become our go-to for all of our landscaping needs, no matter the size or scope of the project. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for dependable, skilled, and reasonably priced landscaping services.

I brought this to owner Christopher Champagne's attention. He assured me this was fine and wouldn't affect the seed germinating, and he would 'stand behind his work'. Weeks later less than 10% had grown. Multiple calls went unreturned, when contact was finally made Mr. Champagne asserted he was 'done with the job' and nothing further would be done.  Mr. Champagne is dishonest and lacks integrity and you surely should not hire his company to do hydro seeding. This is hands down the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I honestly don't know how…read morethey're still in business. If you order from them, have a backup plan (or two), because there's a real chance you'll never get your order. I placed a wood order months in advance, confirmed all details, including delivery date (twice). On delivery day? Nothing. No call, no update. A week later, after repeated calls and emails, I finally got through and was promised delivery the following week. That also came and went with no word. After chasing them down yet again, I was told they had "sold out of wood" and would not be able to fulfill my order. It's now late in the season, and I'm scrambling to find other companies that still have wood. Weeks of wasted time and effort. Completely unreliable and dishonest. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

We're especially thankful he did--because when the Dig Safe team arrived to mark the area, one of them smelled gas. She immediately contacted Liberty Utilities, and when they came to inspect, they discovered a leak in our furnace, which had been installed just three years ago. Liberty Utilities promptly shut off the gas, and we had a plumber come in to make the necessary repairs. Thankfully, everything was fixed and the gas was safely turned back on within four days. Huge thanks to Todd's Tree Service for following Dig Safe protocols. We can't imagine what might have happened if that leak had gone unnoticed. And we can't forget to mention--Todd, your team did an outstanding job with the tree and shrub removal, plus all the extra landscaping. Our yard looks absolutely amazing! Garcia's evaluated my situation and finished the landscaping project within two days. They did a fantastic job and the project turned out beautiful! Only issue was follow up requests for additional work (plumbing and shrubbery) was not returned. They apparently also do house painting (Quality preparation and beautiful end results) however since they haven't replied to my follow up requests (I understand that my request was extremely small project) I'll simply ask another contractor. So, if you have a decent size project and you can get a response and agreeable price, I still highly recommend this company! Did a nice quality job, good price and finished promptly! Thanks!
