The beef udon noodles came out wet and not hot. Lots of water pooled in the bottom. The sauce on top was like marinara. Never seen udon served this way. Ever. I'm hoping this doesn't start a trend. The fried rice was not fried. And, in fact, was also not hot. Our experience was so obviously and immediately disappointing (I took a quick bite to gauge heat and choose condiments) that I tried to warn others behind us in line. Yikes! My friend got the chicken noodle soup which looked yummy. They also have daily specials and had a PB&J waffle which was sold out or I probably would've gotten that.
