Super disappointed with this company. With the extreme heat I realized I needed to add tinted…read morewindows on my small storefront. I inquired with this company and heard back after a few days. After going back and forth for a week to get an estimate, I finally sign the contract only to be told they don't have availability until next month. Which is fine, however, jay let me know they would reach out if something opens sooner. So I stated I would love something sooner, and I might see if any other companies had time this month. To which Jay just responded, taking you off the calendar. I found it extremely unprofessional, I only wanted to get availability from other businesses and was no way canceling, just wanted to be up front.

We got put on hold 3 or 4 times while we waiting to get information and then Fate was not polite and in a rush to get us off the phone when looking to learn more about how their company does business. We chose not to do business with this company due to bad customer service this afternoon. We hope in the future that others are treated better in the future. A friend of our said that Margaret Shrewsbury was so good to work with, if there was any concerns. We are sad to find out today that she hasn't work there since 2017. The Johnstons 10/24/22.

I was told about Solar Insulation by a friend last year while I was waiting for my new car to…read morearrive from the factory. I made an appointment with them to have the car tinted. Brandy explained to me how busy they are and how they must make appointments. She was very nice about it and I did appreciate her explanation which helped me to understand the wait. Upon arrival for may appointment I was greeted by Rachel. First, Rachel had me pick out which film I wanted to use for the tint. Of course, the tint was totally legal to what the Tennessee State Law requires. Rachel told me I could have a seat to wait and explained how long it was going to take. The chairs are comfortable. Rachel engaged me in conversation when she could as everyone stays busy. Rachel introduced me to Brandy and then they both went back to work. A couple of minutes later, Andy came in and asked for my fob and immediately pulled the car in and went to work. Once I had the car done, I realized that it was well worth the wait. It was perfect. The factory could not have done better. About 8 months later my car was broken into and the would-be thieves broke the passenger front door window and smashed out the back-passenger door window. Because of the pandemic, they were able to get me in immediately to do the tint on the new windows. I had the same pleasant experience with Brandy, Rachel, and Andy. Once again, they did a superb job on the tint. Fast-forward a month and a half and some more would-be thieves broke into my car smashing the front driver's side window and then the driver's side back door window. After getting the windows replaced, I called Solar Insulation and they put me down to have my windows tinted as soon as they had an opening. A couple of days later they had a cancellation and get me right in to have the tint done. I had the same experience the third time with Rachel, Brandy, and Andy. There is a reason that word on the street and in many reviews, Solar Insulation is known as the best. Their customer service and attention to excellence in their craft is beyond reproach. I will always recommend anyone to go to Solar Insulation for their tinting needs.

Because of vandalism, my passenger side window had to be replaced. Although the insurance did…read morereplace the window, the tinting was something I had handle myself. From Yelp, I requested the cost for the tinting and how soon I could have it taken care. Within less than 5 minutes, Dustin responded. After giving my cars details, I again had a response within minutes of the cost and willingness to get me in first thing on a Saturday morning. Although it was a 35-minute drive to their shop, Apex had the window tinted within less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road. I forgot to ask for a receipt, so I emailed Dustin with that request. Again, within minutes I had a text receipt for my records. The cost is very fair and the drive from Nashville/Franklin was worth it.
