That's what she said to a first time mom and first time customer. I was disgusted. That moment told me everything. She acts like she's doing people a favor by taking their money. The desserts are mediocre, the food is a joke, and her public responses to reviews are even worse...petty, defensive, and dripping with the same arrogance I heard on the phone. Then there's her social media.. full of cringe-worthy videos that make you wonder how someone can be this unaware of their own attitude. And apparently she orders Instacart and doesn't even tip. The creamy vanilla flavor isn't the same as the State Fair stand. What do I love about nitro made ice cream? The smooth creamyness that other processes cannot replicate. Plus, it's fun to watch it being made. I am not sure if this is a locally owned establishment or a chain. If it's local, it would have been nice to see them use Lagomarcino's hot fudge. We were also disappointed with the strawberry flavoring. It tasted artificial. I hope to see better quality flavors in the future. Still happy to see this option around.
