Open floor plan with sheer curtains to pull if you are getting work done in a conspicuous place on your body. Everyone I met was nothing but professional! Joey Hulsey did an amazing job, is not heavy handed at all, and does everything he can to make sure he is giving you the best quality work! So long as he is in business, I won't ever go anywhere else for ink! They even have a "rewards" card! For every $20 spent, they punch a hole and once you reach a certain amount, you get a free piercing; keep going and you get $100 of free tattoo work!

They were extremely diligent in their adherence to sterilization protocols and examination of my initial piercings. Because of Randy's careful examination of my ears, only one ear needed a full re-pierce and the other ear just needed a slight stretch in the piercing. It was much less painful this time around than it was 20 years ago (w/a piercing gun at Claire's!). I had such a great experience here I would definitely return and get additional piercings! My ears healed well (different experience than the first time) and I'm excited to wear earring again!

Following what the website instructed I proceeded to walk in and meet some of the artist and potentially schedule a tattoo appointment. Upon arrival I walked into the establishment and was treated very poorly because I did not wear a mask. They also were extremely rude to me because I didn't schedule an appointment, when the website said just to come in without an appointment so that one can be scheduled. One of the employees there got angry with me because I didn't schedule appointment, when the website stated I didn't have to. I was also told by the same employe how selfish I was because I didn't wear a mask inside the store. I would've easily complied and wore a mask if I asked nicely, but I was felt very attacked. So if you're looking to get a tattoo from here don't do it! the service here is awful. There are plenty of other places that can do better quality work with employees who are kinder to their customers. Also update your website!

The person who removed my cartilage piercing said my hole was perfect, no bumps. And in the past I've had issues with bumps and infections not only from my own lack of care but probably from the shop I used to go to too. Even though I was too lazy to take care of my cartilage piercing it was healing correctly and I'm glad that I had a good experience here with Christina . If I ever decide to be responsible enough to actually take care of my piercings I'll come back here but for right now I don't have the time to take care of any new piercings. Love this place though
