The detail itself was a bit disappointing as I think there was a lack of high attention to details. For example, the wheels still had caked brake dust on the front next to the bolts, the inner rims behind the wheel faces were not cleaned, the exhaust tip was not cleaned to its full length (only the most visible portion), sticker residue was not removed from the exterior side of the rear window, and the plastic trim restoration material was not applied deeply enough to the trim behind the hood, which is visible when standing at the driver side door. These are just a couple examples. In addition, for the water spot removal on ppf and paint, Mason had also asked to do a spot test on the ppf before scheduling the detail. When it came time to, he only did a visual inspection and verbally mentioned that he had researched the technique and would be able to do it. Later during the detail, he was unable to significantly remediate the water spots, and refunded me the $50 for the water spot removal. This could have been avoided if he just spot tested like he had suggested originally. When it came time to pay, he did not provide an invoice or receipt, but suggested that I screenshot the Venmo payment as receipt. In addition, when quoting the differences between the packages he offers, there was unintended written overlap between the packages. For a $500+ service, I find it to be a bit too unprofessional. I really like Mason as a person, but as a business offering a service, the detail received felt a bit amateur. I will be shopping around for other detailing services. I hope Mr. Lai's mobile detailing can consider this feedback to improve the service.

He completed an ozone treatment for my husband's newly purchased used car that smelled like stale smoke and a detail. The detail was amazing - flawless. The ozone faded, but Tony was more than willing to come back and treat it again. We so appreciated that. He made my 2008 Civic look like a brand new car. I had inquired for a full detail with ceramic coat for my CX-5, and a clay and seal for my civic. I specifically asked to pay with crypto which he happily obliged. We exchanged a few messages and Myke was very prompt and professional in all his messages. His prices, although not the cheapest and not the most expensive, were reasonable. We eventually scheduled for a Monday and he and his helper arrived on time and started on my vehicle. They brought all their supplies needed and even a canopy, Myke was incredibly accommodating and very nice. Real down to earth guy. Mid way through my detail and before the ceramic coat, it started to get windy and ash started falling from one of the wildfires. It was quite unfortunate, but Myke suggested for them to come back tomorrow morning. He offered to rewash the vehicle, and make sure it is in top condition before the coat. They did end up completing the civic the same day though. The next day, Myke came back and re-washed BOTH vehicles (the civic was parked outside and had a light layer of ash) and completed the ceramic coat on my Mazda. If that isn't great service, I don't know what to tell you. Overall, he did a great job on the interior and exterior, everything looked new. He was able to get a lot of droppings, sap, solidified residue removed from my civic and get my Mazda as beautiful as can be. I would recommend his service.
