They were prompt, professional, and kept in touch with us to update us on pickup location. Additionally, Kimbalini our driver to the port was upbeat and shared a lot of history regarding Miami and Carlos our driver who picked us up from the port upon arriving at the hotel retrieved a luggage cart for us from inside the hotel and loaded our luggage on it without us even asking him to do so. Excellent customer service! Will be using this company for future transportation needs.

This company was so efficient and courteous and got us there right on time both ways. They picked us up in a super clean MERCEDES VAN. They sent an email confirmation before the trip and called us the day of to verify our pickup. On our return trip there was a group of people who wanted to get in the van; however the driver told them "no" because he had already rented it out to us. There was room for them but the driver gave us a private ride....it was so nice. I definitely recommend this company for transportation when you're in the Miami or Fort Lauderdale area. We will use them again next time we need shuttle service. They charge $15 per person for 1-4 people and $13 per person for groups of 5 or more.

The owner, Dick, was a pleasure to deal with. His rate was less than any other company that I called, and was even less than a taxicab, and included gratuity. I needed an early pickup (around 7am) and he showed up within 5 minutes of the prearranged time. The car, a Chrysler 300, was plush, comfortable, and spotless. Dick was incredibly friendly and courteous, and we had a enjoyable conversation on the way to the airport. It is absolutely without reservation that I recommend this company. I live in Illinois and I have no previous relationship with this company.

BUT, once we returned we were in for a big letdown. I notified the driver when we got to the designated spot (early). But after not receiving any response and by then late for pickup time I decided to call. The driver said he would have someone come but it would be another 30 minutes or so. I told him that we were pushed to get to the airport and needed better. He told me we must give him a 2-hour notice for this. But he and I had already texted about the time the night before (and the reservation had been set up weeks before). Sorry, but reliability is critical for limo services and this was a complete failure.
