These guys know what they are doing, very likeable guys, smart, professional and detail oriented and more than fair prices! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!!!

After looking on Yelp at reviews I called Road Runner because I've driven by their shop hundreds of times (live a mile away). Called and spoke to driver. Gave my location and the address of my mechanic. Guy said he'd be there shortly. I thought "ya, right." Then called immediately back and asked price. I can't recall how much it was, but I remember thinking "that's not horrible." Much to my surprise, tow truck arrived about 15 minutes later! Guy was cordial, and almost apologetic for how much he charged (which was the price quoted on the phone). This was about 3-4 weeks ago. Looking back, I realize the service was great, and the price was very fair compared to what I've experienced in the past. Around 35 miles and an hour round trip.

They know soldiers are at their mercy so they hold their vehicle ransom until their ridiculous rates are paid. They claim to be open 24 hours but charge a $75 fee to pickup your vehicle during 'closed hours' and on top of it charge a $25 storage fee despite the fact that the vehicle wasn't stored since it was picked up. So they make two fees on the soldier instead of one. A $400+ fee for a tow is more in the price range of towing a semi rather than a light pickup or other passenger vehicle. This company is taking advantage of soldiers and getting away with it. Support a different wrecker service instead of giving these unethical people your business.
