This is a lovely pub in the heart of Thame with numerous 'dining rooms' that fill different areas with the lighter and more decorated area towards the back. There's also a patio out the back. It's more of an upscale eatery offering rather creative dishes that are beautifully presented. I was impressed with the cheese souffle starter, followed by the gnocchi that had interesting elements. Some crispy flakes with a few colorful lettuce greens carefully placed around the plate. Even the presentation of the kids pasta was unique. I took off a star for the billing mistakes we found after, instead of the two course kids meal which was clearly on the menu, they billed the items separately, didn't offer the kids drink and charged an additional £2.50 for our 1 year olds birthday ice cream scoop!
