Turth is, Cross Keys is a proper English pub where you can sit for hours with your friends (sorry - mates) and wax philisophical about the validity of an artificial rating system you've created. The service is sometimes surly and you'll probably be the youngest person there, but that shouldn't stop you. Bring a friend, grab a pint, and debate wisely... because last call is 11:30.

My experience is the wait staff if always friendly and courteous. There have been a few times though where I have had to wait longer than I wanted (10+ minutes) both to order and to pay the check. If they can get this part corrected, I'd give 5 stars!
