Today was my last day . What I loved most about the Center is the family atmosphere. You were always greeted by the front staff with smile and your first name. Erin and Kelly were smiling and joking along with me while telling me to "do 10 more" and "we hurt you cuz we care". Thanks to their consistent work with me and teaching me correct posture and work outs, I can now reach into the back seat and lift something without grimacing in pain. The rest of the therapists were always smiling and showcasing the same compassion and concern. More than a few times we were all chatting and telling stories while getting worked on in the corner. Highly recommend. Even though sweating at 11am isn't the best look....

I was having a hard time concentrating filling out the medical forms. When I approached the front desk person about my concern, she blew me off , her response was pretty much, 'we believe in having a good time, this is the way we are'. I told her after this visit, I am not returning. She was cold and indifferent to my concern. By the time I was approached by a PT , I had a headache. I told the PT my concerns, and decided this is not the right place for me. I'm sure people come in there with all kinds of pain and would not want to listen to all that. It's sad that few people have the guts to confront them about it.

Nelson Chiropractic was able to schedule an appointment the next business day, where I was then greeted immediately by a friendly face at the desk. My paperwork was processed quickly and within minutes I was taken back to the examination room. I was promptly seen by the Doctor. He not only listened as I explained what happened, but he was genuinely concerned with my well-being. He was obviously very well practice and he made quick work. Most assume, many chiropractors bleed their patients for follow up visits. At Nelson Chiropractics this is not the case!
