I contacted the company more than 5 times by phone and e-mail over the course of a month and a half to ask for a fix, including sending pictures. The majority of my calls and e-mails did not receive a response.The only response I received was to suggest the same subcontractors re-do their (poor) work. When I placed a bad review on Angie's List and contacted the Better Business Bureau, the company told me it would re-coat my deck and give me a partial refund only if I removed the review and report first.

I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.
