Instead of asking, she just grabbed my phone and started going through it, which I found extremely rude. I told her that was rude, and she didn't say anything just kept working. Then suddenly she tried to act friendlier, but it felt fake. Overall, this trip was very disappointing. I love Ulta, but the customer service is consistently rude, especially at checkout.
