I have been in customer service for over 30 years, and Forrest and his team have been nothing short of superheroes. Moving into the home, Including the application process was extremely seamless. Not only that, they have an app with online options to pay as you get paid, or all at once. Not to mention the response time to emergency situations is nothing short of impressive. Being an older home, we had a few very small issues, and within the hour they were remedied. I highly suggest if you're looking for a home in any part of the state or nation where Dwell Property Management has offices, you won't find better property management than this. This was our first rental property and Dwell Prop. Mgmnt. handled everything - cleaning, staging, advertising, background checks, leasing agreements, and landing the right tenants for our property. Over the last couple of years, his communication with us has been outstanding and whether it's a text or a call, always got back to us asap on any issue or question we had. When we decided to list the house, Forrest went out of his way to ensure we had the right contractors for repairs, cleaning, landscaping etc. I highly recommend Dwell Prop. Mgmnt. to manage your home if/when the time comes. Their fees are reasonable but more importantly, you will have the peace of mind, knowing your home is in great hands, which is invaluable.

They don't even deserve one star. Oh yea and if you call them to confront them about why you are not getting your deposit back they never call you back but Montgomery Co Sheriff does with false claims like for example one of them was that I harassed them. To be honest how calling one time nicely end up with cops saying I am harassing. If you ask for copy of your lease they wont send it to you like there trying hide something. This is the ultimate slim loard.
