I needed some key fobs cut and programmed. We had bought the fobs online. I reached out to two different locksmiths to find out the pricing and timing of services. The emailed responses that I received from both companies made it easy to choose who to use. Dawn from BJ's emailed me and her reply was professional and thorough (both things lacking from the other company). I had to email the other company a second time for clarification and even after their second reply, I was unsure what their total fees would be. I stopped by BJ's without an appointment. They were attentive and kind to my kids. One of my new fob buttons was not working properly and they troubleshot it and fixed the issue.
