I found one item and wanted to ask the proprietor a question about another item in the other room, but she didn't acknowledge when I tried to make eye contact with her. So I walked around the store again to give them time to finish. I stood in their proximity again holding what I wanted to buy. Again I tried to make eye contact. Nothing again. No acknowledgement, so I left annoyed at her lack of professionalism and rudeness. I joined my friends in the store right next door (Olde Red Saltbox) and told them what happened. The owner of that store overheard me and angrily said " that's my daughter you're talking about!" I proceeded to tell her what happened at her daughter's store and she responded, " don't talk about my daughter like that . Get out of my store...now." as I left, my friends put down what they were going to purchase from the mother's store and followed me out. We will not be returning to either one of these stores in the future.

This is my experience with BoxDrop. When I first met the owner Rob he was so helpful and nice. I…read moretold him what I wanted, a sectional couch and I told him I had limited space. I gave him the exact measurements and told him not to go over a certain measurement. Rob suggested a modular sectional because I can make it as big as I want piece by piece and he told me what would fit based on the size of the space. The sectional came in and it was too big for my space. Also, all the pieces had something wrong with them from being damaged, stains, pieces not the same height, seams coming apart and the back coushions were all different in size and the stitching didn't line up. The quality of the furniture was poor. I had taken pictures of every piece of furniture with all the issues. Rob states it's the way it was manufactured. Rob ordered me new pieces for what he thought was sufficate and left it at that. His action was done without my knowledge. He tried to dismiss my evidence and didn't want any more of my pictures to show the lack of quality in the sectional. There were other verbal agreements made between us about the furniture which he didn't abide by. Also, I found out some pieces won't be available until November and December. Rob will NOT give me a refund as I requested and won't take my furniture back. As far as the value I've seen the same sectional cheaper elsewhere a lot cheaper once I did a deeper dive into researching the sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture which is one of Boxdrop's suppliers. Buyers beware before you purchase any furniture from BoxDrop. I gave Boxdrop one star because they were nice.

She was incredibly helpful, and we ended up being lucky to choose an in stock table and chairs to start out with. Gina helped in the selection of umbrella and with the ordering of matching chair cushions which were custom made. We then ordered a matching counter height table with four chairs and cushions that had the same fabric as the umbrella. The wait was long due to supply chain issues, but Gina kept us updated regularly. When summer of 2022 came, and we still did not have our 2nd table, she cancelled our original order and expedited the same product with another manufacturer. We were able to have the full complement of furniture we wanted on our deck for the celebration of our son's marriage in August. Thanks to Gina!
