I'm excited everytime I go to class. When I was choosing a gym I wanted a place that wasn't super intimidating, was inclusive, fun, would allow me to make friends and wasn't all men. And this place did all that and more. I have found a community of like-minded people that all want to learn and have fun. Plus they host a bunch of fun events outside of class to get to know each other better. What I love the most about this gym is they teach you how to defend yourself in real-world situations so that you feel more empowered and safe in your own body. And they do it in a safe way, too. They really work with you to make sure you're not only doing the moves right, but that you understand why you're doing what you're doing. This gym is for EVERYONE. Any age, gender and body type. I guarantee you will have fun and benefit from these classes. Plus, the first class is free! (And no, they are not paying me to say this, I'm just a big fan)
