I reached out to multiple body shops for estimates and finally chose this body shop because they provided a fast estimate and offered a very quick turnaround. What impressed me most was not only how fast their service was, but also the quality of their work. On the same day I received the quote, I was able to stop by the shop and have them remove the damaged cover so I could continue driving my car while they worked on it. It took only one day to have the side mirror repainted, and the result looks brand new! I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The communication with the owner and manager was excellent as well. They were both very pleasant and professional, and they clearly explained what work needed to be done and how they were going to handle the repair. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free. The service was super fast, professional, and high quality. I'm very happy with the result and would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone looking for reliable and efficient auto body repair.

That's why I confidently recommended them to someone who needed their car repaired properly after another shop did some questionable work. They really exceeded expectations. The car is over 15 years old, and when they finished, it honestly looked brand new again. The paint may not have been an exact match to the original, but the overall quality and attention to detail were impressive enough that it was easy to overlook. I will say the customer service from the lady in the office could use some improvement, as the experience there wasn't the best. However, Robert, the manager, completely turned my impression around. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made a huge difference and showed that he genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right. He even went above and beyond and replaced the other headlight so they could both be brand new. Wow! Overall, I would recommend this shop for quality repairs and workmanship...and the car was detailed which was a great touch!

We got a few different estimates and wanted to visit different places, to not only to see who can get the job done, but also who we felt comfortable doing the job.. in addition to that, the turn around time was a factor along with the price as well. After visiting a few places we finally came to see Steve at Island Collision Center. He told us exactly what they would do and gave us a good time frame as to when the repair would be completed. Since the car was a Tesla, it was good to see they were currently finishing up a repair on another Tesla at the time. When we had left the shop to our final estimates... during the entire time we just felt like "why are we wasting our time", with the other places. However, we did want to do our due diligence - which we did. After getting all the estimates and sleeping on it the next day the only person we contacted was Steve and asked a few follow up questions. Not only did his answers satisfy our questions, the rapid response time and communication helped seal the deal for us. When Steve told us to pick up the car we were happy that we made the right decision. We dropped our car off on a Tuesday and our car was ready by Friday. If you are looking for any kind of car repair from the smallest dent to a collision, give Steve At Island Collision Center a visit! You won't regret it!
