I've had service with Rincon Wireless for a couple of months now so I think it's appropriate that I…read morecan give a review. Service has been exemplary, the advertised 25mb down and 15mb up is what I get on a regular basis. There are occasions where that speed is exceeded. This is a fairly new company and there's rare and but occasional issues related to Growing Pains. They just added another circuit which increased bandwidth and did the cut over in the early morning hours (4am) so as to minimize downtime for the customers. The only negative experience I've had would be the time from the initial contact to installation. In my case it was about 4 weeks. I will however say that it was well worth it compared to any service I've had in Tucson/Vail before. No one can beat their price. The owner is great to work with as are his technicians. I wholeheartedly recommend Rincon Wireless.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Samuel, Raoul, and other staff at Action Print and Copy…read morein Green Valley for my P.E.O Program Booklet. The company had been recommended and I wasn't disappointed. They were friendly, considerate, helpful, patient and most professional. Through no fault of theirs, we had to have several corrections made that took more time than it should have. They were patient and understanding from start to finish. The cost of the printing was more than fair! I would strongly recommend Action Print to anyone needing their services. Dee Stearman

"From the moment we booked with CSM, Carl was always very responsive, professional and personable…read more We debated a while about booking/needing/wanting a videographer for our wedding, but the decision to book CSM, has turned out to be one of the best investments we made! When we were looking for potential vendors, we had built a wall up, in the case of rejection, because we're a same sex couple. Carl immediately welcomed us and embraced us. That alone deserves a 10 Start Rating! Our wedding day was FUN! Carl and Carina added to that fun, perfectly. They were never "in the way" with their equipment, they were never overwhelming with their presence, they respected our wishes (which were few) and meshed well with our friends and family. I wish they were actual guests! The finished product is amazing! I miss our wedding day, but our video lets me go back and relive it and it warms my heart. Carl and Carina captured our day, perfectly! If we had to do it over again, we wouldn't change a singe thing, including booking with CSM! Grateful is an understatement of how we feel about CSM....we'll close this review with, we couldn't have chosen a better vendor than CSM to be our wedding videographer. It was an absolutely pleasure working with Carl and Carina and we give CSM 4 very enthusiastic thumbs up! Thank you, B&DH"

Used text and email to determine the services I needed. Was quoted a rate for deep cleaning and…read moreset up an appointment. Communication and information was relayed quickly and clearly. The time estimated to complete deep cleaning was approximately 5 hours for $360. A long list of items to be included was provided. Cayla and her husband arrived on time as agreed. I was surprised to see a bare minimum of cleaning supplies and tools they intended to use for the job. Example: small portable vacuum with questionable power to adequately clean carpets. After about 1.5 hours I left to get lunch. When I returned at 12:30 pm, they were gone and I received a text requesting full payment for the job - as agreed. I inspected the house to learn many items on the long deep cleaning list were not completed or to a standard of acceptance. Example: the inside of the stove was not cleaned, tile floors were not mopped (watermarks remained), the piano had dust remaining, the glass shower splash panel had water marks, and dust remained under every item of furniture. When I contacted the company, an apology was offered that they didn't meet my high standards. I expect my standards are not overly high -- just normal expectations for a deep cleaning job. I questioned the amount of time they spent when 5 hours had been booked. I questioned why the oven had not been cleaned (they forgot and took $20 off the estimate) and was reminded that payment was owed. I wouldn't use this company again under any circumstances.
