I paid this company in full through bank wire and they still took out weekly fees! I'm very disappointed because I did the transfer early

I submitted 2 deals as an experienced ISO, 51 years of age and 25 years of finance experience. I can train my 12 old daughter to have cases approved with their advance portal. It is the only one in the business that works. However, you need basic critical thinking skills and do not be lazy. Bitty turned down a file yesterday it originally approved. Then, I found out the UCC issue, submitted my explanation letter to Charlie and now a set of "human eyes" solved the problem. Charlie cut through the red tape and the case literally funded 10 minutes. I am elated. They have a trouble shooting hotline and walked me through the process. Updating previous review when my buisness cash flow slowed down to holidays , and a ice storm bitty did help me with a reduced payment amount . Yes you have to call and communicate with them . Yes their contract is very air tight , but people need to understand this is a MCA not a credit line so the lending isn't your conventional loan . I don't know where to start... Listen Bitty don't come on here with your excuse because I am stating facts first and then my opinion. When I first was introduced to this company I made it clear I have been in my Trucking business for 1 year and looking to establish Business credit. They went through my credit report which I had good credit (wish I went to a bank instead). Then I had to give them access to my bank account for them to sign in and check what ever they were looking for. That right there had me shocked. They were really were getting everything including my blood.( they didn't but felt like it) when everything was said and done T's were cross and I's were dotted I didn't even have enough time to read the contract. Man oh man oh man did I learn my lesson. Read what you signed. But the process of signing was so quick I couldn't know what I was signing. But hey lesson learn in life. Read what you sign. Fund was in my bank account think I believe less than 48 hours. Now remember I am thinking I am establishing my business credit personal also. All of a sudden following week 497 was taken out. I was like dam that was quick. But like I said nothing was mention weekly. It was all good. But then I got this charge of 49 dollars at the end of the month. I was like wait what. I called Natalie that who my representative was. I couldn't even reached her cause her voice-mail get this was full for the 5 months I been calling. It's like in the beginning they were friendly and all of a sudden they can't talk. Numerous time I reached out so I can have my questions answer. Mostly our conversations was through email and I keep telling her I need to talk to you. And like I emailed you Natalie there is no excuse. The bottom line is do not come to this company. This is base on my opinion and why I feel this company gets not even a one. They do not report anything to the credit agency business or personal credit. The interest.... wooohhhho I took out 8K and end up paying almost 12k plus $49 monthly. That is crazy huh. There communication is very very poor. Anytime I had a question and I quote " Go read your Contract" was her responds. Lol. The first few months your paying off the interest which if you want to pay early you can't due to the taking the interest first. (Side note you can pay early before they take the interest) I learn my lesson read what you signed. In the end this been a learning experience. Also bitty don't come on here trying to give excuses. I payed back every cents. Even though the rates were going down. So anyone reading this I personally went through this company. I don't get anyone who had good experience. This is the only site I see that they rating is high and I know for a fact that can me manipulated.i am a real person and my IG is Trinidadianhunk. This company is terrible. The representative lied to me to get me to sign. Ive paid the weekly agreed amount . He advised if I paid the amount weekly with no default I would establish credit payments to lower my interest in the future redo the loan for higher amount longer term less interest. Nope he only extended from 4 months to 5 months talking I got to the 2nd with another loan on top of the $488 weekly I'm paying for an extra $401 week total would of been $889/week . I cursed him out for lying and hung up. I'm like dude I think I'm stupid lol. They got me though. Don't do business with them. Score them a Zero read more

If I could, I would give them a 0 star, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, they will rip you off, monthly monitoring fee, high interest, numbers don't match with statements, please be careful, borrow money from your relatives, sell something but think twice before getting a loan with this SHARKS. read more

They are crooks. Extremely high interest rate and they pull the bate and switch when you try to pay off the loan early.

I literally was just hung up on by a representative because I asked if they reported to DUNs or Business Experian. I wouldn't do business with this company. read more
