I've called and emailed several times. Each time Dustin politely asked me to send an email, but I never received a response. I had passed by this business many times and finally decided to stop in when I needed a temporary parking permit. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, there were four people present not one acknowledged me or offered a greeting. It felt as if I were invisible. Eventually, one gentleman, seated at the front left, mumbled "may I help you" without even looking up from his computer. I explained what I was looking for, and without making eye contact, he replied that they do sell temporary parking permits, but they didn't have any at the moment. That was it -- no offer to order it, no suggestion to come back, no effort to assist or retain a new customer. I left feeling completely dismissed. Once in my car, I searched for nearby alternatives and found Auto Tags of Hallandale just one block away. She quickly identified my policy and was proactive about identifying how to change my payment info. She offered to email my renewal and I received it within 15 seconds. She wanted to stay on the line to make sure I received the email. She also pulled up the phone number to call and asked me if i wanted her to patch me through.
