Love bittersweet skiing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Did not run into one grumpy person there. We went on one of the busiest day, with a resent snow fall. The lift ticket line ran smoothly, with a very minimal wait. The equipment rental was the same, with smooth sailing. Lift lines were long, but also moved along. Giving you enough time to cool off a bit. The bar area was packed. The only down side was the bartenders are not very aware of the surroundings. You have to raise a hand or holler at them to get service. Not gonna mark them down for this, as it is very busy. We actually got a laugh out of it. Will definitely be going back!

Food is good, but there are flaws. There was MOLD on my cheese in my cheeseburger and they take FOREVER just to serve fries and/or nuggets

Slopes were good fresh snow and lots of terrain park open. I got food poisoning from the chicken strips at the restaurant.

A fun area to ski for an afternoon buy WAY over priced. $48 for a day of skiing for 5 decent runs? No, that's way to much.

I enjoy staying and relaxing and being out on the water. Marble lake is a lake that's part of a series of channels and lakes and that's one of my favorite things about this particular area. As mentioned above there's a pretty nice price tag on what we pay and because of that it would be nice to see the money that so many are paying for go towards upgrades in the resort. Better restrooms and showers... more full hook ups in the camper area... heck even new playground equipment... throw us a bone!! For as much as lot rent is as well as paying for our own electric on top of that this resort has to be pocketing a lot of money and I would be thoroughly impressed if we start to saw some, *any* kind of upgrade in the resort. Anyways the resort is usable and not by any means in bad shape. I enjoy spending my weekends here and don't have many complaints. Side note the corner store on the water has amazing hand dipped ice-cream that can't be beat. If you're here, don't miss it.

It was meant to be when we came across 5 star reviews for T&R Inn on Trip Advisor, which had room availability on such short notice. We scored when we found out that the South Cottage Room (with jacuzzi) was available. While making reservations, my boyfriend mentioned to Ric, the owner, about our reason for celebration and all weekend I've received words of congratulations from everyone, even from the staff at the nearby Swiss Valley Ski Resort. Ric and Toy are wonderful hosts. Toy is an excellent cook. She cooked breakfast for both mornings of our stay. They both work hard at making sure you enjoy your stay. As the other reviews have said, Ric really does take his time getting you prepared while getting fitted for ski gear and gives good deals on rentals. This was our first time skiing ever and we felt we were in good hands. Kenny was our ski instructor and he was so good!!! Our ski lesson flew by, we were having so much fun. Kenny was patient, encouraging, and friendly. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful as well. As for the room, the bed was so comfy and warm, we fell asleep easily on both nights. The room is very clean and spacious. There's a refrigerator, coffee maker, and luckily a wine opener since we brought wine and didn't have anything to open it with. They provide you with soap and shampoo in the room. And the jacuzzi was comfy for the two of us (he's 5'11", I'm 5'). (Also we highly recommend Jack's Family Pizzeria down the street. Delicious food and Alyssa who works there is a sweetheart.) Thankfully we don't live too far away, we would love to return for ski trip number 2!!!
