My parents both had the pasta with fresh artichokes, a feature of the market. This pasta dish was elegantly simple, and you could tell that the artichokes were very fresh. I had the squid ink pasta. This squid ink dish was particularly good, with a sauce that was clearly made from fresh squid ink. It was very flavorful, and I wish that I could eat more of it. At first we were a little nervous about trying the sandwich but after the first bite i was pleasantly surprised that the cheese really cut organ taste of the spleen.
