Her communication throughout the whole process was wonderful. It was my parent's 49th wedding anniversary while we were there. I wanted all of us to have some beautiful images at our favorite place with our favorite people. Joyce really nailed it. The weather was awful!! Foggy, cold, and windy, but she was very accommodating and able to pick the best time to create the images I wanted. We were able to go to different locations and she was great about knowing which areas would make amazing pictures. They were spots I would never have thought to choose, but they are some of my favorites! We got all the posed photos that I requested and then some. We also got many beautiful pictures that were more natural and showed some of our silliness. Dustin was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. He provided us helpful advice and guidance throughout the process. On the day of our wedding, Dustin was everywhere we looked, snapping photos left and right. He did a great job capturing most of the photos we requested. Our wedding party like working with him, especially since he worked quickly and was professional. He even went up on a ladder and captured a fantastic photo of all our wedding guests, which was a unique photo we really wanted to have. We received over 800 photos (in both color and black and white) from Dustin a little less than three weeks after our wedding, which was a way faster turnaround time than we expected. He mailed the photos to us on a flash drive and also provided us a link where we could access all the photos online. Dustin captured every moment of our wedding, including the wedding party getting ready, our first look, the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the reception dinner and dancing! He also captured great photos of the wedding venue, including our ceremony site and our beautifully decorated reception hall. The quality of the pictures Dustin took were fantastic.
