Yesterday I took my 10 year old grandson the store on State Rd in Dartmouth. While in the store he…read moresuddenly turned to me and said he was "feeling woozy". I could tell by the look on his face that something was about to "come up". I immediately turned to one of the two store employees and said "we need to use the rest room really fast". He looked at me and said "we don't have public restrooms". I told him that my grandson was sick and about to throw up "any second". Mind you, my grandson had his hand covering his mouth. The urgency was obvious. Again the employee said "we don't have public restrooms but Metro Pizza next door does". We immediately headed for the door. Just as I began to open the door he barffed inside all over the floor right at the entrance/exit. Sweet, sweet karma! Listen, guys at Games to Gold, I understand policy but sometimes ya just gotta bend the rules a little. This was one of those times. Maybe next time you'll think and won't have a mess to clean up.

Every time I walk into the store, I am greeting by an associate and asked how I am doing and if I can be assisted at all (even at peak times where customers are almost shoulder to shoulder). For a 'smaller' location, Reality A Games has a strong variety and selection of cards, games, collectibles, video game systems, and they even host tournaments. Reality A Games has something for every one of all ages and interests. Currently, I am primarily into retro games only, and I do not have much experience with cards, but from my experience I have noticed there are always customers inside the shop playing Magic the Gathering, and they seem to really enjoy the atmosphere that Reality A Games has created. For years, I have been hunting down big name titles, and smaller name titles across many different generations of systems at Reality A Games. Every time I visit, there is always new games and/or systems that I did not see on my previous visit. The staff here are always happy to help me find what I am looking for, and if they do not have it in stock, they give me great tips on where I can find certain titles and if they may expect it in store soon. From customers coming in to part with their collections, to customers chasing that nostalgia of games they played growing up, Reality A Games and the devoted staff approach you with nothing but the best customer service you have ever experienced in these past few years of retail business. Every video game I have purchased here has been flawless, I've been able to build up my collection through Reality A Games selection of many titles, the price point and value in quality has been incredible, and I am happy to support this local shop for years to come!

I heard a lot about this Bowser's Basement from Facebook and YouTube . Me My Wife Danielle and our Twins Lilly & Luke love the Super Mario Franchise. And me and my wife love playing video games together. (Eat your heart out rest of the male population you know how hard it is to land a wife that does gaming) So this place seems like the perfect place to stop by and see what cool stuff they got . I brought in a few WIi games to trade in and got a fair trade in of $50 credit for them . My Daughter Lilly loves the Princesses and immediately asked politely for a Cat Power up Princess Peach plush . One of my Son Luke's first words was "Bowser" Well we already have two Different Bowser plushes so I got him One of the Koopa kids . Fair price for how rare they are . I saw the YouTube video of the guy looking for a Morton Koopa junior plush only to see they had one and it was not for sale. Well they restocked Morton so I got one My wife bought me a very nice and glossy looking Super Mario bros 3 sign for me to hang in "The Dave Cave" All in All it was an excellent experience with a super chill and patient clerk. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with the question: "Who remembers?" -- and that really sets the tone for the whole experience. I'm also especially grateful for the 10% discount they give my son when he does a great job at school -- such a thoughtful and encouraging gesture for kids. Extremely cool dudes running this store…read more I came in a couple weeks ago looking for some PS2/GameCube games, and the second I walked in the store, a gentleman behind the counter greeted me politely. He asked what was bringing me in, and I stated I had just discovered them 15 minutes prior to visiting and that I was coming from out of state. He was very friendly and gave me their business card. He told me that there's a little something for everyone in this store, and he was absolutely right. After talking for a little I told him that I was defintely interested in some of the retro games. He walked me over to the aisle and explained their selection and which games I could find that I was looking for. They had a huge variety of GameCube and PS2 games, in fact, the most variety I have ever seen in stores alike. Five star customer service, excellent assistance, super down to earth people who have your best interest in mind. I look forward to coming back soon!
