I should have known from my first experience: I came in for a crown. She told me I did not need a root canal. They placed the permament crown and about 3 days later I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain. I went in for an emergency appointment that day and she told me the root was infected and they would have to do a root canal. So they drilled through my BRAND NEW CROWN to do the root canal. And the best part, if you have an infection novocaine doesn't work, so I felt everything! I have several crowns. They were constantly breaking or falling out. After one fell out repeatedly she informed it was because there wasn't enough tooth for it to grab on to and I needed gum lengthening surgery. Foolishly I agreed to have this procedure. Afterwards, the crown fell out AGAIN. That was when I had enough. She offered to repair it for free and even reimbursed me hundreds of dollars. That is a sure sign that you have been done wrong. I took the money but I'm still out thousands from all the shoddy work I received. Avoid at all costs!

Now I know why, the next visit for my child which included having two teeth pulled costs me $8k plus a $1200 anesthesia bill that never was reimbursed like they said it would be by my insurance. When my child was already under anesthesia they kept coming out saying they found more issues, 4 times total within an hour to be exact. Each time they came out equals more $$$$ each time. I finally said no more. You were looking at her teeth prior to this appointment and you're telling me you're mysteriously finding more issues. We didn't wait long at all to be seen and the fillings didn't take long to complete. They don't take my sons' dental insurance but they do accept Care Credit and they are responsibly priced compared to other dentists in the area. Both of my sons said the Dr was friendly and they didn't experience any issues or discomfort during or after their appointments.
