Just one bite created flaky layers shattering into crumbs. Surprisingly, the pastry crumbs even add a nice crunch when paired with sweet fried plantains, it's really good! For refreshments, they have sugar cane juice, milkshakes, coffee, and tea. I asked if they can make juice with cucumber and lime, and I appreciate they were accommodating. I requested unsweetened cucumber lime juice (16 oz, $6), so yummy, delightful, and super refreshing! I also purchased a set of macarons ($4) in six flavors: strawberry, vanilla, lemon, chocolate, pistachio, and caramel. Unfortunately, these were disappointing, the macarons were hard and inedible.
