So worth the visit if you're a foodie and drinker!! $14 inspiring twist/fusion on casual dishes to $6 middle tier liquor on the rocks. UNLV Student Restaurant Popup -- RSVP even for a party of 1-2. A Seasonal "Fully Student-Driven Pop-Up Restaurant Concept" operated by UNLV students and faculty for the public. Early dinners 5pm-6:30pm with dishes ranging $12-$15, drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) ranging $2-$13. Kids allowed. Each day has its own set menu. Accepts credit card. We loved our dishes!! $13 Tandoori Tostones (has dairy) was ordered and loved by the SO. $14 Seoul Banh Mi Sliders was such a fun home style twist with toasted bread vs baguette. It gives that crunch. No pate taste but the mayo, chunky steak, and toasted bread was a yum sandwich!! I usually like more veggies in general but it seemed to be fine. Fusion food. And during our dinner, we were inspired to want to make it at home too. They seem to be good a adding a new twist to comfort foods. Oooo and the drinks!! Old fashioned isn't the best but tastes better than dive bar standards. For $7, really can't complain. At Basil Hayden at $6 for on the rocks was an incredible deal! Don't expect a heavy pour. It looks very exact which was fine. $2 organic herbal tea was nice. Everything costed like $47ish for 2ppl for a nice time was great! We skipped on dessert which looks huge and delicious for dairy eaters, enough to share between 2-3ppl but we passed. It takes 15min to get ready too.
