So much so, that I parted with cash and made the commitment. I must say that this morning's Cardio Drumming class, taught by Paula, is what sold me. What a blast!! I am exhausted as I write this and know I had a true cardio workout, but it felt like playtime. I got to hit bouncy balls with drum sticks and rock out to 70's music at the same time! Tomorrow morning, at dawn, is yoga. There are more classes on the horizon. I understand there is an orientation and I look forward to learning about everything this facility has to offer.

First off the address may be wrong, but the gym is a block closer to the freeway next to Chase bank. Second, it's a great gym, clean, a good size, with lots of great free weights and machines. Well managed, and a helpful staff. Lots of supplements for sale and a protein heavy vending machine. I'm sorry that people who work out for two weeks, and decide they want a full refund, are unhappy with the procedures, but for those of us who work out consistently, this is a gem of a gym

Sounds crazy but when you start seeing results within a few weeks and feeling stronger everyday, I'll be stupid to go back to the regular gym. The workout is never easy but you're not alone. You motivate each other and we are all tight group of people in which you don't get at the gym. The owner starts to incorporate weekend hiking to break off the routine which I am looking forward to. I gotta say, from the outside I was more than skeptical, but I'm realizing I gotta stop judging these crossfit gyms from the outside. REALLY good equipment and set up inside! And the people and coaches, extremely friendly. I got a killer workout and had a great time, y'all got a good thing goin in there! Only part I don't recommend? The Barstow cab I called to get there... Though I might die. If you're stopped in Barstow a day, doing an outlet mall trip, or whatever, and have been doing crossfit/want to get a good workout in, it's worth headin over to this place.

He did much better in football this year and even signed up for 7v7. Darius works out four days a week and even reminds me to take him to practice or the gym lol James makes it that much more fun for the kids.They also opened a adult class which me and my husband signed up for,and the first 2 months I lost 20lbs and was finally comfortable with my body again! The best part for me is that they actually work with you and don't just put the workout on the board. They show you how to lift the weights and certain exercises. Everyone is so helpful and the coach is awesome with the kids. This class has really helped my boys find their confidence and has since learned how to speak up against bullies. We have had such a great experience here and encourage any one to come and try it out.

All the teachers care about each other and their students so much and put so much time into each student . This studio is definitely a home to my kids and to everyone who's dances here . Over the past season my daughter has learn what it means to be a true team player working with the competition teams is unlike anything she's ever experienced, that being said I wouldn't change it for the world she's learned how do rely on her dance sisters and on the tough days for her dance sisters to support her.
