I had popcorn shrimp, fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, pulled pork, green beans, chicken bog, sweet potatoes and later peach pudding. Each was extraordinary; not just extraordinary, the sort of food that makes you gasp and how amazing it tastes, each commanding your attention and demanding to be your new favorite. I can only assume the chefs here are wizards. Our server was warm and friendly without being obtrusive. I think that's a tough line to walk. The decor is charming and evocative.
