The staff is super sweet. I got a "pupdate" today and couldn't have been happier when I got it.

We have a large (100+ pounds) 2 year old rescue pup who is great at home, but struggles with…read moreoverarousal around new people and other dogs. After our local training place closed we were looking for other options and committed to positive reinforcement training. Unfortunately a lot of trainers use aversives, especially with large strong dogs. We were so excited to find Julia, and after our meet & greet we were confident she was a good choice. Julia did a 2 week board & train with our dog while we were traveling, mainly focusing on leash skills and practicing calm behavior around exciting things. We noticed an immediate improvement, but have also been continuing to work on the training at home after our follow up. I'm happy to report that we are continuing to see improvement using Julia's methods.

Rather than using tools that suppress behavior, my approach centers on changing how your dog feels, so they can move through the world with more confidence and less stress. I guide you step-by-step through real-life situations, helping your dog learn that you’re a safe, consistent source of support, especially when things feel overwhelming or uncertain. As an IAABC-ADT and Family Dog Mediator, I’m committed to ongoing education and science-based methods, so you always receive thoughtful, up-to-date guidance tailored to your individual dog. Sessions are available in-home, virtually, or through Zoom, making training accessible no matter your needs.

We have video monitors in our home and we watch their visits sometimes. They talk to the cats and brush them and generally treat our pets as we would treat them ourselves. We usually pay them in advance using Zelle although they have other payment arrangements. They refill the water fountain and the automatic cat feeder and cleaned the litter box before we bought a Litter Robot. They are familiar with this machine and know how to change the catch bag in the tray. One of our cats requires a medication and they take care of that as well. We used to live less than 1/4 mile from their home but in April 2023, we moved to Des Moines, WA. That was still within their coverage area so they continue to help us. Very satisfied.

I was advised they were out of town and it would have to be another day. I had neglected to re-communicate anything for a couple of years..my mistake. I did reach out today March 17th 2024..asking to pick up my house key and was advised it was discarded..after 5 years they apparently, (what I can assume because of no future reservations) discarded keys and just threw it away. I had no call to advise this was happening or email to let me know. I do not really think this is the best way to do business even with someone who only used your service once. Please rethink your practices..especially when you have a key to someone's residence. Thank you

I got to say I was nervous taking these classes and nothing prepares you more to when your dog puts…read moreout. Let's leash this review and take it for a walk. ._. See what I did there? Because this is obviously a cat place. Atmosphere: There's mats everywhere, most likely because a lot pee traverses here on a daily, but don't let that scare you away, the staff is very attentive at wiping everything down and they wash everything at the end of the day. There's a playground for them to go outside and play as well. The atmosphere is very relax and friendly. With a positive reinforcement on caring for your pets. (There is a lot of barking. Lol ._. But you see some wonderful dogs. I mean you can't complain about seeing cute dogs!?! Unless... you hate them and to that I have no kind words that can be said here or the Disney channel.) Costumer Service: They were nothing but a book of encyclopedia. (Of dog behavior of course. Lol) If the dogs would act out, they would break down the behavior and how to turn it around. They showed an immense dedication to their work and towards the customer and the fur customer. They were understanding about pricing and worked around to get the most out of our money and we couldn't of asked for a better time. Service: We took in Atreus (poodle) and he was very aggressive (I know!?! Howwww he's too cute and fluffy to be a douche bag! But it needed to stop. Lol No douches in my house.) They worked with me to point out the behavior issues, pointed out pointers to when I needed to be stern and let Atreus know that the behavior was unacceptable. The patience and care towards my dog went above and beyond. We did daycare as well and helped with socializing with other dogs and a daily summary of his progress when we would pick him. They also work with puppies as well. We put Cowli (the cow looking dog in the picture. [He looks like a cow and we got him in Cali, it makes sense to go with Cowli lol]) in as well for a couple classes and helped him a lot. Conclusion: If you're having fur problems, it's time to shave those worries away, if you want your dog to socialize like Robin Williams in the 80s (minus the drug issues) this is the place to drop him/her/she-he/piece of toast, with the patience and care of an adopted possum in a raccoon litter that a mom clearly doesn't understand why that one is weird looking but still ends up loving him, and just an overall good approach to dog training to improve a connection with your fur baby *cough* I mean son/daughter/sondaughter/piece of toaster.

I signed up for both group and individual sessions. I worked with Jeremy for the individual…read moresessions over a few months. He was really unorganized and never had a plan for any session. Most of the sessions felt like a waste of time with him repeating something he said weeks before. Didn't seem to listen to my goals or anything I said. The staff is really nice though. Marcus the owner is great but he isn't hands which is unfortunate.
