All the office personnel (Yairis, Joaquin & Daneisy) were always available when I called and emails were answered on a timely basis. The county issued a few comment on the Elevation ( as they always) but as soon as I mentioned that to Landmark they told me to forward the comments to them and they handled it quickly. No one ever called me back and after calling them like 2 times and leaving messages someone called me back and told me I'd be put on a list (1-2 wks away) because they were very busy. I decided to try another company because I needed an elevation report kinda quick so I can finally get my CO to close. By the time they called me back not only did I find another company I had already did my survey/elevation. My experience with Ibarra was not good, the initial interaction starts well but no follow through. Ibarra has to work on improving their customer service.

It's now 13 days and last week I called numerous times , only to be promised that the survey would be finalized by the end of the business day each time I called. I have no other choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card. I have no use for the survey anyway now that it's been 13 days because the project I needed it for has come and gone. Please do not make promises that you cannot keep and be up front about time frames. Also, tell the people answering the phone not to make false promises either. A survey company can have ripple effects on people in many many ways.

About 18 months later they generated another certificate showing the lowest finished floor elevation dropped to 7'2", well over 4 feet.
