Valerie was awsome! Very knowledgable as well as supportive and compassionate attitude for any style of birthing a family chooses. (A lot of classes tend towards either pro hospital or pro non-hospital). She shares lots of good information to help families achieve natural birth or the most comfortable experience possible for your situation. The comfort messure practices were amazing... cant wait to keep practicing some of these at home! I highly recomend this class no matter what situation/ birthing choices or prefrences. I am a Certified Childbirth Educator, teaching Birth Boot Camp classes near Salem, Newberg, and McMinnville, OR. My childbirth classes are designed to prepare couples for labor, delivery, breastfeeding and newborn care. Class topics include the process of labor and birth, relaxation techniques, comfort measures, labor rehearsal, birth plans, avoiding and coping with pain naturally, navigating interventions, C-sections, and VBAC. It is my privilege to support couples throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Serving Oregon's Yamhill, Washington and Marion counties with comprehensive Birth Boot Camp childbirth classes and breastfeeding education. I teach Birth Boot Camp Classes privately, in groups, online and as refresher courses for second (+) time parents.

If you are looking for a natural childbirth class near Salem, Newberg or McMinnville, I would love to share with you more about the Birth Boot Camp classes that I teach. I became a Certified Childbirth Educator after the empowering natural birth of our second son in a hospital. I have experienced both medicated and un-medicated birth, both at home and in the hospital. I believe that birth is a normal, healthy process that can be a life-changing, beautiful experience for couples who are equipped and informed. My classes are engaging and practical so that you and your partner can be truly prepared and have many tools to use in labor and beyond. Plus they're a lot of fun! Hope to see you in class.
