They had a beautiful selection of yarns in every possible weight. I was visiting Norway, Sweden and Denmark, and I bought a beautiful handspun local alpaca in each country to make a fair-isle hat.

Whenever we go to Norway, Clas Ohlson is one of the stores we look to shop at. It is not a…read moredepartment store. It is more of a Electronics/Hardware/Home store. In other words, they carry just about everything you need for your house. About the only things they do not sell are clothing and groceries. Unless, I've missed seeing them which is possible. The store is huge, and it is divided into separate sections. Pretty well organized and stocked. The young lady who assisted us was terrific. This Clas Ohlson store in Stavanger, Norway was wonderful. Got what we needed at a fair price.
