I explained my budget and the day of the event found the most beautiful floral arrangements with 2 balloons on each of the tables. We also had some loose flowers and greens for the cake table and a beautiful rose corsage for my mother. Everyone loved the flowers and wanted to take them home. Thank you for doing such a nice job!

I was very impressed with the kid gloves Colby used to get my business. I had some issues I was dealing with personally and wasn't able to think about getting a unit for 6 weeks, and the reason I chose Hot Springs was not price, it was that Colby understood I had more important things to deal with and just checked in with me from time to time. Once I was ready, I had a contact and a place I could go and get what I wanted.

The owner is there every day and will order something if it is not in stock. She's in a tough downtown spot with all the construction, and I really want her to make it. I've bought tons of toys for my kid, as has my mom and we went in there together and came out with some of our favorite stuff ever for him. And she has such cute clothes. Doodle Pants outfits I've never seen. PLEASE visit this shop and walk around. There is so much stuff it's easy to get overwhelmed and leave. Don't leave!! This place is amazing! I brought my bow in to be restrung and was given a timeline of 2-3 weeks max. 3 weeks had passed and no update on the bow. I call the store and the employee , who answered the phone, informs me that the string hasn't been delivered yet. When I ask for the timeline to the bow being finished, I was told the string wasn't delivered but should ship by that Friday and the bow should be done by the next week. Another week passes and no call to update on my bow status. I call the store and the same employee from the prior week answers the phone. I'm given the exact same story about how the bowstring wasn't delivered yet but should ship out that Friday and the bow done the following week. I pulled up the bowstring on Amazon and a few different sites and I saw I could buy the bowstring to be delivered within a few days. When I pointed this out to the employee he got snippy with me and said maybe I should have brought it in when they weren't in their busy season. My opinion is if you want timely and good customer service, then this is not the place for you.

Amazing experience!…read more We rented a pontoon with family and friends for a weekend. Brent's customer service was exceptional. He walked us through the pricing, which was very reasonable, and all of our rental options with ease. He and his staff were super friendly and punctual with both the drop off and return and the pontoon we rented exceeded our expectations. It was meticulously maintained and clean and so much fun to use! No issues whatsoever with the rental and we'll definitely rent from Beimert again next time we go up North. Thanks, Brent!
