Due to my severe back pain caused by 5 bulging discs, a blood bone tumor in my T12 disc, and…read morefibromyalgia, I use kratom as a natural pain reliever. They use a wide array of both kratom powder and 7OH tablets. I understand that there is a lot of negative talks about 7OH tablets but I have done extensive research for my own well being and unlike real hard drugs, there hasn't been a death attributed to 7OH solely. It has changed my way of life. I can function better and I have a way better outlook because of it and because A2Z has such incredibly low prices for their kratom, this is where I go for my needs and this place only. On top of all of the low prices for kratom, they have a very good and large selection of vapes at competitive prices and wide selection of flavors. And lastly, they have such outstanding customer service. Dalton, the manager especially goes out of his way with his knowledge of kratom and other products to sell you exactly what you're looking for.

Your attitude…read moreabout not knowing the situation and immediately showing anger over me calling about my points for the sixth week in a row was uncalled for. I called Watervliet twice to ask about them with no response, but the rude manager got upset because I called again. Sad to say, I called DOJA in Portage twice, and both times they were able to fix my points rewards number and even retrieve all the points I had ever received--all within two hours. What took Watervliet DOJA six weeks to scramble and figure out, Portage had done in no time. To me, it seems like the manager needs some re-managing. Cussing on the phone to another employee, getting mad like a kid, slamming the phone, and saying, "If this guy threatens me one more time"--don't let your throat veins burst, buddy.
