He rarely fixed anything from what I saw, he'd just push the customer to replace everything and maximize his profit. Avoid unless you're Chinese then, maybe he won't f#^k you too hard.

Building inspector has issued a directive to get the HRV installed before I can get Occupancy He tells me he is making too much money installing heat pumps to be bothered with my work.
