He got upset saying he did call but there is no incoming calls from his Business or his personal cell, that he did say that he called us as well from and to top it off when we went to check on vehicle. The business had closed earlier than normal, that we were not aware of. And to find the the vehicle was left in the parking lot, unlocked, so not only, did he LIE about calling us, he left our vehicle unsecured in a open parking lot in the city of saginaw. We will not be doing business with Gales Auto from here on out. To make promises and not stand behind them and lying goes too far to have a reputable business.

Given the emergency nature of my drive - and 200 miles south of my home, I felt like panicking. Instead, I called 911, and soon Bill, a driver for Bob's Towing & Recovery arrived. He came to change the tire so I could drive to a tire store for a replacement. When Bill was unable to remove one of the lugs, he put my car on his truck and drove me to a tire store, where they confirmed the damaged lug - which they had to cut out and replace. I want to give the highest review to Bill. I am sure his company his also wonderful, but I met only Bill. I am glad to have met and been assisted by Bill, but, given the circumstances of the meeting, I hope that I never meet him again. But, if I do break down again anywhere near his company, I hope Bill comes to the rescue again. Thanks buddy! John Patterson

richie was amazing!!! he not only made me and my husband feel at ease but he took pride in his…read morework! when he got us to labadies in baycity he went and took our van where he needed to. then he took us to the repair center and came around to the passenger side of the truck and he physically helped me off the truck(i had a cane). then he carried my bag and took us to the service center line and stood with us (about 15 mins). he then told marcus what we needed help with. he did not leave our sides until somebody took over from labadies. richie is such a huge asset to best towing!!!! he right away opened up the lines of communication and that in turn created a trust with him and that is the first thing in my eyes that helps. you can't expect good things if you can not trust in that person. we had richie a couple of weeks before that when my van caught on fire and he was so good that we had to call best again. then we were very fortunate to get richie again!!!!!! i highly recommend best towing and if you are just lucky enough you may end up with richie!!! we were blessed not only to have hom once but twice!!!!!

Thanks to Randy Wise Chevrolet in Flint, MI who repaired the recall again correctly due to the other dealer's shitty workmanship. Long story short. My husband and I traveled to Frankenmuth, MI for a couple of days heading home today. During a monsoonal downpour, our wipers quit working on I-75 South heading home. Luckily, we were very near an exit and were able to drive on the shoulder to a BP gas station which was just off the exit. Thanks to the clerk at BP who headed in the right direction. We had to have our Equinox towed to a nearby Chevy dealer who made the recall repair and we were able to return home safely. Bosak has just lost a long time Harbor Chevy customer! This is why I hate to fucking travel!

I reached out regarding a significant issue with the front right wheel pulling hard, and what followed turned into an absolute nightmare. After securing an appointment, I dropped my car off at 1 PM, hopeful for a quick resolution. Four and a half hours passed with no communication from them, leading me to make two calls for updates. To my dismay, I learned they hadn't even begun to inspect my vehicle. The response I received was disheartening; it felt dismissive when they suggested I would have to cover costs that should have been addressed by them so soon after my purchase. I expected at least a simple courtesy of checking my car and providing updates instead of making me chase after them for information. After speaking with four different people and experiencing confusion over who was responsible for costs, the used car department finally offered to split the cost of a diagnostic. They promised to pick up my car the following Monday, but nearly a week has passed without any follow-up or scheduling communication. The lack of respect and communication throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating. One service representative, Todd, was particularly dismissive, treating my concerns as if I were overreacting and implying that I was simply making up issues. This is not how a new customer should be treated. Having only purchased my vehicle three weeks ago and already facing such a distressing service experience--despite having bought an extended warranty--I feel abandoned. The fact that I can't get a simple diagnostic covered after spending tens of thousands of dollars is truly unacceptable. Now, I am forced to spend $200 to have it serviced elsewhere. I will return to Randy Wise only when necessary for warranty work.
