AT 26 HOURS of waiting in the ER lobby I decide to go ask (we must be close, right?). They then tell me at the counter they never give out wait times. I explained the whole situation, and they then begin to lie to me and she says "I have been here all night and I haven't seen you guys." Mind she, my mother has been registered and sitting in the waiting room for 26 hours. This place is a joke, and is very untrustworthy

I haven't found a new PCP, but because I simply said that I would be looking for a new Primary Care Physician, she withheld the standing scripts for my high blood pressure. I had to get MassHealth involved, and they issued emergency prescriptions for me. I have had some urgent needs from other issues that were psychologically-based. When I reached out to this new "Doctor" of mine, they asked me to wait 2-3days. Two days later I ended up as an in-patient in a medical facility. Two MONTHS later I was contacted to see if I needed any help...........HELLLO!..? I had to pull myself up from my boot-straps and figure it out. This Doctor and her minions are beyond horrible.

Dr. Dang is an absolute MIRACLE WORKER and truly one of the kindest souls I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!! I felt right at home and received such an incredibly warm welcome! I have been going twice a week the past month and it has absolutley become the highlight of my week!!! I must add that the coordination couldn't have gone better. They arranged a bed for her in the CCU and the Dr who would be doing her surgery spent time with me over the phone explaining what needed to be done & how it will work. From the time we boarded the ambulance to the recovery room I highly doubt it could have gone any smoother. She came out of the surgery, then recovery, and was immediately taken to the CCU. The poor sweetheart had lines upon lines, oxygen, etc. And when she woke, clearly upset. The nurse ( Karen) that is assigned to her has been so very kind, compassionate, and highly skilled. All the other caretakers have been wonderful. It's been 3 days and she's still in the CCU. But she's doing quite well, healing nicely with the excellent care she is getting. What started out as a frightening experience turned out to be a very positive one & I can't thank them enough.

I left and went to UMass Harrington. I was tested and diagnosed with a severe intestinal obstruction, within 90 minutes of arriving. I then spent days in the hospital. To Belmont Street - I wasn't trying to hop the line. I was a patient in need. You showed zero compassion. if you lack politeness, care and concern you really don't belong anywhere in healthcare. Please do us all a favor and move on to an industry where your rudeness may result in an unhappy fast food customer over a cold meal versus risking the well-being or life of a fellow human.

He told me that my skin tags were nothing to be concerned about but that I could pay $75 to have them all removed. My next provider identified one as a wart and then removed it and send it out to be certain it wasn't pre-cancerous. He also told me to put Vaseline on a raw spot that I had been concerned about for months. My next provider did a biopsy and found it to be a basal cell carcinoma (along with a second spot that was not as obvious). If you're looking for a thorough and invested dermatologist I suggest you look elsewhere.
