She is incredibly knowledgeable, actually spends time with me, and seems to truly care. Her adjustments always help me feel better... and I appreciate the soft tissue work she does prior to adjustments when needed. She is truly looking to find the best wellness solution for her patients, and isn't trying to get you in the door as often as possible (as some chiropractors in my past had). I like the way she is always looking for long term solutions for her patients, whether it's stretches, exercises, or even referring to other modalities. On top of that, he has a labor demanding job which adds on top of that body tension. He recently pulled his back from moving things around the house and was in intense back pain for a few days. I called around to some chiropractic places but Cornerstone is the only place that contacted me back and fairly quickly! I spoke with Dr. Shep to set up an appointment and he was able to get him in the next day! He was extremely helpful and kind when setting up the appointment and answered all the questions I had. After the appointment, he had come home and said he's never felt better. In the past he's seen multiple chiropractors but he's never had the experience like he did at Cornerstone after seeing Dr. Andrea. Not only did she address his pulled back but helped him get a plan to address all the other aches he had that catered his auto-immune disease. When your doctor actually cares about your needs and create a plan to fit your problem areas instead of something generic, it shows this place really cares about their patients. Found Bivrell, confirmed coverage with the insurance company, checked to see they have high rankings, went to website and booked an appointment for this same morning. Easy! Then went to the office two hours later and was promptly greeted. Explained my pains. Unlike other chiropractors I have been to in the past, he did not rush me out, nor did he just go through the motions. His methods and technique were more effective for me than any clinic I've been to in the last 5 years - and that is saying a lot. Having been to a dozen or so different "Joint" locations, I had been getting used to the same ol' standard adjustment. Dr. Matt implemented extra stretching and adjustment techniques that I had never encountered before and they did wonders. He was able to target very specific points of pain and inflammation and I left in a different state than I had entered. He is also super friendly, comforting, and will go above and beyond.
