There is a giant park 8 minutes away from campus that is perfect for a picnic, a stroll, or an exercise. I like that this school has more school spirit than some others and they try really hard to spread that Titan Pride with beginning of the semester campus events. Parking has never been a situation for me because of how early my classes were; however, it does get hectic around noon. My experience with the financial aid office as okay. They aren't the fastest and don't even try to call them. They're too busy helping out people in person. You are better off driving back to campus in-person to get assistance with any financial aid problems, which is not ideal if you live 30+ minutes away.

Come to find out, my physical textbook didn't correspond to the online textbook. Paragraphs were missing in each chapter, or data statistics were not the same. The textbook was sold to me was published in 2022 and the online textbook was published in 2024. I scratch notes and make highlights physically into my book to help me study information l, hence why I purchased the textbook. When attempting to fill in information that was missing, it became ok much to do in each chapter. I informed my professor that I am getting chapter questions incorrect due to questions being asked that were not in my physical textbook. My professor's response was "...printed textbooks are published every 3 to 4 years. By the time it gets to print what was written is 9 months old before the actual publish date... Unfortunately, we cannot stop the world from changing." Is this something where I say "you're right Professor. What was I thinking?" Why do I spend money on outdated material? It appears that the material is sold at the Fullerton College bookstore because the professor approved it. I ask again, why do I have an outdated textbook that was sold to me by the school?

The policies and procedures at this institution are archaic. Departments that should be working…read moretogether--like Psychology, Sociology, and Philosophy--often have no idea what the others are doing, even when they're addressing the same student requirements. Professors within these departments teach drastically different content and expectations for what are supposed to be standardized courses. The curriculum hasn't been updated in years--circa 2005--and it shows. Policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are inconsistently enforced. Transferring is an entirely separate headache: departments pass off responsibilities to each other, and overwhelmed, underpaid staff members without adequate knowledge leave students to pay the price. There are other schools better equipped to help students meet today's challenges and develop practical life skills. And while this institution promotes a Christian identity, it often feels like it only scratches the surface--leaning more toward spiritual bypass than genuine transformation. Bottom line? You deserve better. Keep looking.

When my sister said I want my refund back I don't want to make Buisness with you no more Fran said be cause she cancelled an order she could never ever come back?!! Who makes that up like that to a mother of a Down syndrome child. Already dealing with her first child and sadly he has his troubles due to his syndrome and fran had to make my sister feel So low!! By screaming at her staff "oh now we have to disinfect this whole area" after my nephew sneezed. She didn't have the common courtesy to wait till she left to tell her staff. I put my heart into practicing long hours for the city competition and I still have been proud that I got the prize from it. Then time went by and I realized that I should measure different options for my lifetime career and there my violin became the less priority. After all, there is one and only Sarah Chang. I wanted to fill that leap of time and dusted off my violin hidden in my closet and went to this school to create beautiful sound once more. Moving on... The actual school space: very small, run down, doesn't look like "university." The majority of the school ground has no sound proof. Most rooms are small and heated to max during the day because of the windows are apparently walls. There are few rooms for more advanced ones who have orchestra or competition purposes. I didn't let few minors to defeat my passion though. The school president aka the owner is very understanding, kind and caring. The daughter who hangs around the school, NOT. She gave me evil eyes couple of times with no apparent reasons. I paid on time and worked on my skills with best of intention. It's not like I practice in the middle of the waiting room. One word: Creepy. I do not like the daughter's attitude towards the kind disciples like myself. Currently trying to find other academies, not necessarily "university."

Overall, I had a bad inconvenient experience with the HRE Office. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
