These folks, and their products are amazing. Customer…read moreservice is top notch; if you order online you'll get your bags right quick. The fact that the bags are biodegradable already makes them the best choice for cleaning up after your pup. But combine that with the fact that they are made in the USA, and the aforementioned attitude of their employees, why would you use anything else for poop?

Yeah -- I know -- I laughed too when I saw the name. But, really, if you are a company that sells…read moredog poop bags, why not embrace the name and enjoy the giggles that come with it? I have dogs and they poo a lot. Frankly, if it were up to me, I would leave most of the poo where it falls. As long as it isn't in a walk way, why not allow something that degrades naturally in a matter of days to do what nature intended it to do -- disappear while fertilizing a few plants along the way? But, the city requires that we remove dog poo regardless of where it lands, so I needed something other than a plastic bag to put it in. Seriously, the only thing worse than having to pick up poo is having to take something that would otherwise naturally degrade, put it in a plastic bag, and toss it in a landfill, where it will remain forever. I don't care how long the Earth survives, no archeologist is ever going to dig up mummified dog shit and put it in a museum. www.Poopbags.com sells biodegradable poop bags made in the USA of all places. (Side note -- good to see that we still manufacture something in this country). These bags are so biodegradable they comply with CA's definition of "biodegradable," which is the strongest in the country. In addition to being biodegradable, the bags are shipped in large rolls, which reduces packaging. And they are shipped FOR FREE!!! All of this is great, but I am Yelping them today because the company's customer service is over the top. Long story short . . . earlier today I wrote to address a pricing issue that affected an order I recently placed. Within ONE HOUR, a representative wrote back to say that I was correct, and to tell me that 100 additional poop bags are already on their way to me. Hey, when you have dogs, 100 free poop bags is enough to make your day. But when that is coupled with excellent customer service -- well that's enough to cause me to take time out of the work day to give Poopbags.com 5 stars. Well done!
