I bought 5 products from this store when I was walking near the beach in Marbella. I really had no problem with the way that they sell their product. It may be a bit strong armed for some, but if is that the case just keep on walking by. I personally loved the spiel because number one you are buying the product, but number 2... the sales people there are taking the time to give you a wonderful facial !!! I had a problem with one product. It has a squirt top and is in a black bottle. I wrote to Tresor Rare and sent pics of the faulty bottle. In my email, I also mentioned that I bought the foaming cleanser and when I was at the airport, Customs Officers took it out of my suitcase. I just forgot that it was there. When I finally got their replacement it also came with a new foaming cleanser !!. The products are awesome. Everything works really well but once a week I take 45 minutes out of my day and use the products, so don´t expect miracles in 5 minutes. The only thing is... is that I think the packaging could be better. The replacement bottle of the product that leaked has instead of a pump, it has a eye dropper application and this does not work well either. But anywho, thank you Tresor Rare for being so nice !! read more
