In turn I ended up with it slipping and pouring coffee over the table. Ordered a chicken burger which came with mushrooms and onions laid on top which really didn't look very appertizing covered in oil & grease. The chicken was re-constituted meat and not worth the money. McDonald's would of been far better and my dog would of turned his nose up. My wife left half of her chicken salad which was really quite bland & we even found a small bone in it. When we mentioned this to the waitress she wasn't at all bothered. Maximum profit with the smallest out lay came to mind! I expected a lot better and came away disappointed considering the money we spent in El Corte Ingles this week. If your thinking this is the place to eat don't bother as you may well feel unwell after. I would only recommend the clothes to be fair as they have a large selection to choose from.

You'll find plenty. I buy all my cleaning supplies here. I'm not too impressed with bedding and sheets. It's over priced and NOT cotton. For this reason I buy all bedding in the states. It's cheaper and all made from cotton. I make the 45 minute walk about once a month to pick up house supplies. I do have Euroski which is closer to home, but doesn't have no where near as much as this large store. They get a 4 star cause they don't have comfy sheets but at the price of 100% cotton. Other than that.. rock star!

There is a movie theater, candy shop and multiple places to get ice cream and tapas. There is also a grocery/everything store. The clothing stores seem to compete with their sales, which is good for visitors. Currently, the American clothing store, Hollister, has 30% off. When I was here for June and July, Massimo Duitti had 50% off as did Springfield and several others. Of any of the malls in the Tarifa/Marbella/Malaga corridor, this is the only one which literally has everything. The parking lot can be full, so do not hesitate to park in the garage. It is free, clean and well lighted. Additionally, the restrooms are kept very clean and pleasant. Highly recommended for an afternoon of shopping.

El Corte Ingles is actually the largest department store group in Europe El Corte Ingles means the English cut as in tailor's cut. I'm not sure as to the link but I did spot some Union Jacks in the store window I didn't really look round the other sections of the store but headed to the supermarket to stock up the fridge in my hotel room with lovely Spanish freshly squeezed orange juice - you can truly taste he wonderful sunshine in every drop Though I knew I coudn't cook anything fresh, I still couldn't resist a look round at the fresh food counters. Amazing seafood with octopi, squid and some interesting looking snails and winkles. There were sweetbreads at the butcher's, which I've not seen for sale to the public in the UK though you get them on restaurant menus. I did indulge in some Iberico ham which I had freshly sliced at the deli counter - so much cheaper than in the UK I had a lovely time browsing in here - this is my kind of window shopping!
