Never buy anything from this store! I purchased a new…read morefridge from Carrefour Estepona Spain. I paid in cash 500 Euros for a new Samsung fridge. They promised delivery 3 days later. Which I have also paid for. The fridge has never arrived. I have the invoice but it is literally impossible to get an answer about what happened and where it is. I have called the store more than 20 times. If I speak English they are more than comfortable simply hanging up. If you try to contact their manager or head office you will never get anyone to assist. Several people in customer service departments have taken my details and promised to come back to me but to date no one ever has. Avoid this store like the plague!

Ugh So going back 3 days after the 15 day deadline, we are unable to return any of these bottles of vinegar! Terrible policy at Carrefours for the returns. Will not shop there again- so unfair to the consumer. Costco has a very liberal policy and so we will buy our housewares and edibles there!
