You can ask them for the firmness of your massage and you can add hot stone. Their massage was just what you need to relax and refresh your body. My wife had a deep tissue massage and she was extremely satisfied with the pressure. They also had an in-house chiropractor who can help with something more than muscle soreness. For less than 1/2 the price on a cruise ship, you get better service and massage. Can't go wrong. FYI, they now have a location within 5 minutes walking distance from the International Cruise terminal.
